yea when an op gets edited it turns blue again :3
and i don't know i guess if i missed my chance at a QC and decide later it needed a comment, I'll leave an op, or comment in the person's thread... However if I feel it's too much work, I just never mind it and go on with life.

Maybe the site coders "don't feel like" adding more code for something that is really unneeded.
