Awesome - all she needs is a Godix for Most Helpful pin.

*cough* Some of that site store merchandise can be customized with any art you want - including the t-shirts. Not sure how "official" such merchandise would wind up being, but... *shuts up* at least a-m-v.org would still make a profit off it

Younger than last years org-tan. Also more of a bitch. Less mature and very concerned about how she looks. Guess she represents the change in the community :P

Pas, this is just fucking ridiculous! What are you trying to do? Act cool or something?! You disgust me!

Anybody got a copy of the old one? I don't remember what shade of red it was...

You know, I'm actually really starting to get used to the orange on blue...

Thanks for the feedback guys, wasn't expecting people to like it as much as you have. Any way, this will be the last one, I don't really want to derail the thread any more than I have already, sorry to the admins.

A comparison between last year and this year.

2008-2009 Org-tan was designed to look more mature and be more serious. I tried to stay away from making her clothing fancy as I wanted to represent the clean design of the site. She wears glasses because at the time I believed the org gave a lot of insight into what they said and the overall maturity was fairly high compared to many similar sites. Of course, I didn't really know jack about this community.

2009-2010 Org-tan is more flashy, younger and less mature. Dresses up because she cares more about visuals. Often angry, and less reserved than her 08-09 counterpart. Of course, this is just fanart so there's nothing canon about it >_>

Thanks to Driftroot and pink haze for creating the logos to base these character off.

Compared to a lot of other sites I visit, a-m-v.org is pretty mature.

You could substitute "2004" and "2005" for the years you gave and still not be far off.

Of course, people who joined somewhere between when I did and when you did will probably say the same thing about other pairs of consecutive years.

Yeah I kinda get the feeling as each year passes we begin to look upon them with nostalgia. I'm still just a newbie on the forums so I don't really know everyone (or even most people) in the community.

Also, I'm not intending to imply this year sucks or is filled with jerks (though it could be :P) it's just my interpretation of how things have progressed in a year as I've become more familiar with the community as a whole. The great thing about this is that it's simply doujin, so the characters can really be viewed upon however people like to. I just added descriptions because I felt they explained my thoughts behind their designs.

Any way, sentiments aside, would anyone actually seriously be interested in seeing some yuri between the two? I wouldn't post it on the org but if people are keen I guess I'll draw some.
