O_O. everything is happening so quickly. Damn I was actually gonna submit something this year to. Oh well.

You should still do it! There's an unusually low amount of submissions this year, so you never know.

One question, is it permitted to submit designs that also were submitted in previous years (but never won, of course)? I have this vague memory that at one time that was not allowed, but my memory is starting to go in my old age.

Judging from the amount that got received so far this year (at least from what I read), they might accept them if they fit to the rules.

Yah, that's sort of what I was thinking. I haven't had any time to work on new submissions, but if I could send in some of my old stuff (most likely modified to some extent) then that would at least give people more to choose from.

Yeah, that's allowed. But I do recommend that you try to think of ways to improve on it somehow. Cause if it had already been passed over by voters before, then that should at least indicate that there's some room for improvement (at least in theory).
