Re: New A/V Tech Guide
Since the sticky thread about the beta version has been locked:
http://www.animemusicvideos.org/guides/ ... -qual.html
- You might want to mention Deen's occasional memory leak problem
- You might want to mention that aWarpSharp can cause straight lines to become distorted, in which case normal WarpSharp would be better
- You want the version of aWarpSharp I have? Because I have never managed to get it to reproduce the "green junk on the edges" bug.
- I can hardly see any dot crawl on that new dot crawl test frame; the only dots I see are along the edges of the picture. Something like Azumanga Daioh: The Very Short Movie, or the opening sequence to X (not the actual episodes themselves, for some reason!), or Angel Sanctuary would have worked way better.

So after all this time, it finally goes official? Whooo!
Big to Alan for the great work!

The Birds are using humanity in order to throw something terrifying at this green pig. And then what happens to us all later, that’s simply not important to them…

Any work on getting Blueray ripping stuff in there? with the growing number of HD vids coming out our hypocrisy is showing.

I've never used a Blu-ray source, so I'm not able to write a guide for it.BasharOfTheAges wrote:Any work on getting Blueray ripping stuff in there? with the growing number of HD vids coming out our hypocrisy is showing.
To the best of my knowledge, you can simply rip with DVD-fab, and then index with DGavcindex, which would be exactly the same process as with a dvd. But I'm not certain.

Re: New A/V Tech Guide
I like that there's an article on audio editing.
