I'm betting it's just to signify the fact that new banners with the new logo need to be made. The old ones are down below the usual spot; sort of a sign of them stepping down. Or a changing of the guard, so to speak.

And congrats DriftRoot. You think to little of your own logo.

See, now this is what I get for trying to give meaning to things that have none. It took me a number of reloads, but it finally did move back. >_>

i reloaded a few times and it was still there, but its fixed for me now :3
