Thanks for all the hard work you put into this great community and for putting up with my porn.

If I ever see you at a con, the first beer is on me bro, good luck with the family.

thanks and good luck

This is indeed surprising news. (Yes, this is Michael*Explorer. I still read the site announcement posts in this forum because I have never known the administrators to post obscene materials.) Certainly my thanks go out to Phade for creating and maintaining this website. Although I never saw eye-to-eye with him on the policies for this forum, I’m glad he helped www.animemusicvideos.org grow into what is overall a great website for those who love AMVs. I never really knew much about Phade, but he seemed like a fine person and I have confidence he will make a fine father. Congratulations and best of luck.
(Don’t bother posting a message with comments/questions directed towards me. I no longer use this forum except for reading the site announcements.)

I remember the first rumblings of this site on the old waldos ftp mailing list... and all the various monuments along the way. Took me a while to find this thread.. just wanted to say good luck phade. I now know of so many differnet people having kids and first kids this year... its a baby boom. heh Good luck to you and to all your leaving in charge.

Good luck, and as a friend of mine put it to me,

Splendid! May the fruit of your loins one day buttress the State and may he be impervious to the overstimulation of destructive external elements. If axe-handles must rattle, let them rattle in your time so that your child may know peace.

To honour your genetic continuance the Hero of Myanmar shall direct a performance of the song 'Happy Birthday', choreographed with a gun and minedanced by neocolonialist stooges as they frug and watusi through a particularly troublesome patch of claymores and stake mines just north of Nampong.

He's not really from around this side of the world, but it seems like a nice sentiment.

I don't know. I've seen people come and go. Even in the heat of the SpPanda drama it never really changed anything, he could be unbanned, and was. But this. This is different. This is permanent. You can't undo a baby. I am only going to say two goodbyes on the org, and this is one of them.

goodbye

I'll just leave you with this, thank you for the site Phade. You are truely an inspriation to the up and coming AMV creators like myself, though i am technically retired, nothing says I can't pull a Micheal Jordan.
Love and Peace! ^_^
