We've made some changes that will hopefully get email flowing again. May take a few days to take effect.
(Setting up an SPF record and an email loop with AOL so far, if anyone's wondering)

AOL has notified me that they've removed the block on our IP address. They said it'll take 24–48 business hours to take effect. Not sure exactly when that is, but I'd guess by Wednesday.
It seems we're still having issues with Hotmail, though. Will have to contact them and find out what's up.
Gmail seems fine (and seems like it has always been).

I can confirm AOL mail appears to be delivered at this point. No longer getting bounces.
Working on Hotmail. There message says to contact our ISP, so I've put in a ticket. Will probably get a response later today.
