I'm attempting to create a "back of screen" layer for a video segment. something that will realistically have depth and be removed from character interaction on screen but would "catch" objects or substances thrown at it. I have Photoshop CS 2, Premiere Pro 1.5, and AE 7 at my disposal. I know i'll have to work with layers in some way, but i'm at a complete loss as to how I can create that kind of perspective that you'd associate with a screen.
To clarify, by screen interaction I mean "I want to make it look like the characters can throw stuff at the viewer and it'll hit the monitor layer."
Any suggestions? I'm planning on working with blood splatters if it makes any difference.
