Your framerate is 23.98 fps which premiere doesn't really like. I'm guessing that's what the problem is. There's a full description of the problem and the fix here
http://www.animemusicvideos.org/guides/ ... 24fps.html

but here's a quick summary anyway. Just open it up in vdub put assumeFPS(24) at the end of your script save it as uncompressed huffyuv/lagarith and then import it into a new project with 24 fps in it's settings.

sorry to be more clear I'm guessing the source is 29.976 fps and premiere is trying to convert to 29.98 fps (as per the project settings) and failing dismally.

the guides wrote:Be warned that Adobe Premiere can't handle 23.976fps without screwing up and yes that includes Premiere Pro (well, mostly... you'll need to read this page for more information on that). 23.98fps is NOT the same as 23.976 and you will get things mistimed and miscalculated.

on this page http://www.animemusicvideos.org/guides/ ... etb3a.html if your curious but the link I first gave you is more specific

also, have you tried checking the box that says "always suggest RGB" in Lagarith's configuration?

that's usually the first thing to try if footage doesn't like to work. (unless you already went over this in the last thread about this)
