could you take a screenshot of the settings you are using for the xvid codec?

Well I fixed the problem.

When I was saving the file from vegas I must have changed some settings that lowered the quality when saving. So because I didn't check when loading to VirtualDub and converted straight to Xvid or Divx, I didn't notice it until I restarted my PC.

Thanks for help! I found some new settings and fixed the audio 8-)
