Is this old news to the community? I've been doing research lately into open source applications (since I don't feel like shelling out $600 for premiere alone), and came across Jahshaka. (www.jahshaka.org).

Has anyone used this or created an interest topic on the subject? It's great, free, has an equivelant to Adobe After Effects built in and can even utilize Adobe plugins. ABecause it's open source, you can add your own plugins as well.

I'm just wanting to hear other's opinions on the editor, as I will start using it very soon. Jahshaka seems to be a great program to share in the AMV community.
