Read the guides. It it honestly that hard to look around the main site and find them? Could we get a splash screen for the site along those lines?

I did it and that was my first time ripping DVD footage. It's honestly not that hard. You just have to be arsed to do it.

If you don't have WMM2 get it from the windows update site. It's free and better than WMM.

Basicly you need to rip the dvds with something like dvd decripter, then convert the vob files to something wmm can use. I use FlaskMPEG to convert them to divx files, you need the divx codec, that is a free download, to do this. I know they don't recommend using a lossy codec for editing, but I just do this for fun, this is easy and works well with WMM.
Where did you say I'm going?.... And what am I doing in a handbasket?

Come and join us on the tiny but fun forum at http://www.allanime.org
