Postby hellsing_rocks » Mon Aug 28, 2006 10:16 pm

every time i rip 1 of my DVD's onto the computer its otimatically a "DVD video file" (not VOB) an none of the video converters on the links posted can reconize the file. so i cant use it with any aplication xcept WMP and Nero showtime wich only let me watch it not chop it...

sry about the spelling.

Well thats not actually "ripping" at all, is it?. It sounds like what you're doing is just "copying" the "discs' files" onto your "HDD". What you need to be "doing" is reading "the" "Guides". Especially this one"." Good luck.

Be honest, do these quotes make me look fat?

So after fixing your post, I've deduced that non anime DVDs work fine, but DVDs dont? That doesn't even make sence.

Try ripping using DVD Decrypter to rip the .vobs. It's kinda hard to find, but there are places that still host it, and I think it comes in the AMVapp, but since I've never needed it I'm not sure.
