Adobe Premiere media encoder help....

so ive finsihed my amv , but i need help with creating a avi file , and there seems to be no way to do this with premiere , or am i wrong ...
i can create a wmv amv but i need it to be an avi since most places use either avi or mpg...... so any help on this would be greatly apriciated...

file -> export timline -> movie

ah kk thanks , ut now another problem , the file seems to be about 700 megs large any way to get it smaller ? i tried messing around with the settings there but nthing special happened....

That's actually pretty small for an export. Export in a losless codec like HUFFYUV or uncompressed (should be between 3 and 10 GB) then recompress that file in VirtualDub.
