compressor: lagarith
color: millions of colors
frame rate: 24fps
pixel aspect: ntsc 0,9

audio

Export without the audio and add it in VDub - preferibly compressed.

Really staticky, or just loud scratches every once in a while? If the latter, then it's probably clipping (don't ask me why you can't hear it in Premiere Pro... you have to just watch the levels on the mixer and see if it goes into the red), which you can fix by lowering the volume on the audio clip.

Can you post a short sample of the affected audio?

What I'm saying is, open up the Audio Mixer window and play through your timeline, watching the Master VU meter and fader (on the right, under Master), and specifically the clipping indicators. If they go red at any point during the video, then you need to lower the volume and try exporting again. If not, then the problem is something else.

Well orginally that was the length of my intro but now its just 6 seconds.
Also the bar doesnt go red in the audio mixer, but goes really high in the yellow.

The simple solution for this problem or what i thought was simple was tell me how to delay the audio......

You were right I lowered the audio and it seems to be ok.
