FED UP!

Postby CodeZTM » Sat Jul 15, 2006 3:47 pm

Ok, I have gotten so fed up with Avisynth and VirtualDubMod. I was following the "Working with DVD Footage" PDF, and was doing great up until I was testing to see if VirtualDubMod was going to work with the script. However! It will continuesly gie me this error:

Avisynth Error:
MPEG2Source: couldn't open file (line 3)

Avisynth Script:
LoadPlugin("C:\Program Files\AviSynth 2.5\plugins\MPEG2Dec3.dll")
LoadPlugin("C:\Program Files\AviSynth 2.5\plugins\Decomb521.dll")
mpeg2source("F:\Angelic.d2v")

I am absolutely sure that I have the right third line, because I've made sure that it was at the correct place. I used DG index (From the latest AMVapp download) to make the .d2v file. What makes it worse: I can't even open the .d2v file in VirtualDubMod.

Help?

If you have used DGindex to create the dv2 file, MPEG2Dec3.dll is the incorrect plugin. Load DGDecode.dll instead.

Furthermore make sure the dll and the DGIndex version match. I had that issue more than once while working on my pro entry.
