I'm taking part in a project with a professional conference who is looking to gather information from speakers/guests that will be attending the conference, such as names, phone numbers, information on their presentation, etc. We also need to be able send out checklist reminders and other key information using the information gathered above.
I've been told that a good place to start looking into something like this would be Wikis. I'm just mainly looking for suggestions of any type of website/computer program/database that might be able to do this easily. I figured I'd ask around here as there are quite a few computer-literate people around
Any help would be appriciated!
