making two clips one in primere pro

I thought It would be easier to edit this with an effect if i could make these two seperate clips one. Is that possible?

Not from what I have seen. You can export the two clips and then use it as one clip if that helps.

in prem pro you can create a new sequence (file>new>sequence) put the two clips in the new sequence and then import (drag) that sequnce into the original sequnce and it will act as one clip.
