So what's the problem, exactly? Was the audio ok and then suddenly went bad, or was it bad the second you started a project in Premiere?

Well it doesnt have anything to do with the actual mp3 or wav i use the studdering has to do with the program settings in premiere pro

When I start it its like tells me there is audio complications.
Theres nothing wrong with my soundcard either it has to be the
settings in premiere. I just wanted to know how I should set it in "audiohardware " file for it to work.

using compressed audio can present the same problems as using compressed video...it would be better if you converted your mp3 files to uncompressed wav files for editing.
Although it takes a little intuition (or just messing around) to figure it out, I'd suggest BeSweet

and don't forget to re-compress you audio for use with your finished amv
