Different Problem With Exporting In Adobe Premiere Pro

Post by KentaroPJJ » Tue Apr 18, 2006 3:07 pm

Well...actually, the first time i exported it, everything came out fine.

But one of the sound files messed up, so i went back in to fix it.

But now every time I export it, it's messed up.

The video is perfect up until about a minute and a half until the end, it blacks out. Well, actually, only some of the clips black out, but some still show. and the music still works fine, too.

I'd think it was a problem with the clips, but the thing is, it exported once fine before. And i've tried at least 5 more times (but this is getting tiring, since it takes about 3 hours to export each time)

Does anyone have a clue with what's wrong?

The audio is fine, its the video that goes black near the last minute (but some of the clips randomly still appear)

but if you still insist, the audio is mostly mp3 (but i have like 1 or 2 wavs)

Well the original source was fansubs, but i reformatted all of my footage into avi using virtualdub.

Hahaha. I save it right out of premiere.

Everytime so far, I saved it as a "Cinepak Codec by Radius"

but the previous time, I tried a DivX, and it came out in the WORST quality i've ever seen. AND it still went black near that last minute. -o-

Another thing I just noticed, one of the clips i use multiple times. Above every clip on the timeline, there is no red (unrendered) or green (rendered) line. there is no line at all. the line just breaks at that clip, and continues after that clip each time. (Dunno if that has something to do with anything)

I really appreciate your help!

well... what codec is the source footage? also exporting out of premiere you should use uncompressed of huffyuv. Then encode it to something else in vdub afterwards...

the red/green bar thingy tells you if that section has been rendered or not. green = rendered and red = not rendered. while i'm at it, what version of premiere are you using?

As I said, i'm using Premiere Pro.

I also stated that the original footage was Divx, but in VirtualDub, I ...well...I guess I did convert it to divx. But it works just fine (and it already exported out once)

and it's kind of late to reformat everything.

Try exporting in parts, 30 secons at a time, ad put them together in VDM or avisynth afterwards.
