Another VCD Program

Postby The Wired Knight » Sat Nov 16, 2002 9:26 pm

Ok, my trial version of ULEAD DVD Producer ran out and I am in need of another program taht can burn VCDs. I tried VCD easy (recomended in another thread) but I can't author menus through VCD easy which is a big deal with me. All I need is a program that I can download (even a trial version) since the VCD I am making needs to get out within a week and I won't be able to buy a program till after that. So trial version or freeware, I just need something that meets these requirements...

User friendly
Simple method to author menus
Can use avis in authoring the VCD (optional)

Thanks.

theres really no simple answer to this :/
you can use TSCV to author menus but its a tricky and buggy program, you can also use avisynth to generate a motion menu but again you're gonna have to learn it first. I'd just settle for making stills in paintshop and then authoring them with vcdeasy.

Nero burns VCDs, but the menus are very simple. You can pick to have just text, or thumbnails with text. www.ahead.de
