AVIsynth problem

I already know how edit .vob files using AVIsynth. Back when I had my old computer, it worked fine. Now that I have my new computer, AVIsynth doesnt seem to recgonize the MPEG2DEC plugin. All I get is the message, "I dont know what loadplugin means".Does it have something to do with my OS perhaps. I used to have Win98, I now have WinXP. Thanks in advance.

Nothing to do with the OS. It's possible you've changed a path and the file is confused, or you forgot to install something.

Is this 0.3 or 1.0 Beta3 of Avitsynth?
