AMVapp 2.1 - installation error?

Hey all, just downloaded the AMVapp and tried to install it on my computer however there seems to be an installation problem. When I click on it, it gives me the following error:

The installer you are trying to use is corrupted or incomplete.
This could be the result of a damaged disk, a failed downoad or a virus.

You may want to contact the author of this installer to obtain a new copy.

It may be possible to skip this check using the /NCRC command line switch (NOT RECOMMENDED).

Well, I did try it with the /NCRC switch and it didn't work and I have downloaded it using IE (originally d/l it with firefox). Now, I don't know if its just me, but is anyone else having this problem? Anyone know how to correct it?

Try downloading it again, maybe it's just what the error messages sais - a corupt file.

What operating system are you using? I know it doesn't work with Windows ME (from experience, which is why I used a cap card before I got XP even though I had a DVD drive).

Sorry, have XP with sp2 - I just installed it at work with no problems, so I'm taking home that installer and trying it out. Also taking all the install files that the program thoughtfully includes in a folder so I can install them all manually if need be.
