But my question is that I DID put the settings at No Frames and it STILL didn't export without frames....it seemed to interlace it, as you can see in the picture. I've used AE to encode in Microsoft DV and NO Frames DOES work, so you can't say that DV inherently interlaces the footage. My question is WHY is this happening??
I understand that if I set the settings to "Lower Field First," then my footage WILL be interlaced, but that's not what I'm doing. I AM setting it to No Fields in Premiere and it STILL interlaces them. In AE everything works fine....I'm trying to figure out why that is.
I do thank you for all the time you've spent (wasted??) helping me with this, but I'm still not sure why this all is ocurring. I KNOW that NTSC inherently interlaces but i don't see how DV can be inherently interlaced if when I use the DV codec in AE it DOESN'T interlace my footage.
