Timeline frames?

What's so hard to understand about them?

All digital video is made up of ~frames~.

It's just a way to find out your current location in a video.

~not that hard~

Learning the differences of 29.97fps and 24fps. Maybe helpful, but I mean that's pretty simple. Set the timeline up to use the same timebase that your video is encoded in.
