Freeze frames?

The best way to get a signle frame, is to goto File|Export Timeline|Frame. Save it as a bitmap, then Premiere will open it up, drag it to the timline and you have your singe frame ;)

Well there is no effect that will allow you to do that, what you can do though is this.

After you get your single frame, chop the video clip on that frame with Razor tool. Then simply move the 2nd half to the right, insert signle frame and extend it as long as it should be. Then move your 2nd half over to the end of the single frame.

Should look something like this:

Or you can just stick your computer in a freezer, and then take it out and defrost it in the microwave. ^_^

You could also try pouring cold water onto it to freeze it, then pouring hot water on it to start it up again.

Just be sure that your computer's never fallen into a cursed spring, it could turn into an alligator or a monkey or something.

You could always forget about the effect and use WMM instead. =P

Yea, gotta watch out for those cursed springs. I've also heard that ripping out your harddrive works great for freezing frames 8)
