ZX was a value model of the BX, but they're pretty similar. Most ZX's boards have less RAM Slots and expansion(PCI/ISA) slots, to reduce cost.
They're limited to a 100Mhz bus. That means you're limited to a PIII 850Mhz CPU.
I doubt they would accept high-density memory. So if you see something that says "ONLY WORKS IN CERTAIN BOARDS" or "CHECK FOR COMPATIBILITY", it's probably not going to work.
This stuff should work for you:
256MB - http://www.upgradecenterinc.com/lowden25sdra.html
or
512MB http://www.upgradecenterinc.com/lowden51sdra.html
-cheapest low denisty stuff I could find.
^_^
Good luck
