setting up a file server

I need to set up a decent file server. Mainly this will be used for serving out AMV stuff, like .vob files, mjpeg, and compressed stuff like amvs, and fansubs for about 10 computers.

I've been using an old computer with a decent NIC and a small lan. It usually works well, untill pretty much everybody starts hitting it for watching episodes at the same time. (10 comps)

newegg has this and this which seem like a decent combo.
I'm not looking to set up some unix, linux, or anything geeky. Ideally it would just be some type of windows stuff.

Anybody have suggestions, or a direction to look in?

I'm still offering if you want it. It will be difficult to set up, but it shoudl be a rather decent set up for speed purposes.
