Need a little help in identifying something
You know the cable that plugs into the three holes. one red one yellow and one white from the x box to a tv. well what is the thingie called where you can plug lets say an Xbox and a ps2 into and run it into the tvs plug where all you have to do is flip a switch and it switches which system is feeding to the tv. so you dont have to constantly unplug and replug crap

A-B Switch box sounds like a good generic term... I had one with co-ax connections on the back. Doesn't seem outside the realm of possibility to find one with RCA jacks (the red, yellow, and white holes you described) instead. Try Radio Shack.
...I just looked at the Sony one we've got hooked up in one of the edit bays, and they call it an AV selector.

You're probably looking for something like this (WalMart.com). This is what I've got to hook up all my old consoles and Apex to my spare TV- it's even got a coax converter so you can use RCA and SVHS connector systems on a TV with no input other than a coax input.
note: the description says it's for the PS2, but it can obviously be used for any A/V device you want.
