What do I need to know about buying one. Like response time and stuff. Please help me out!

Do you have an analog or digital output video card? Analog is the blue 15 pin connector, digital (DVI) is the bigger, white connector. Make sure your LCD monitor will have the correct connector(s) for your video card.
Response Time: the lower the better, less than or equal to 10ms is good.
Pixel Pitch: the lower the better, less than or equal to 0.264mm is good.
