im trying to rip some of my cd's and burn them to an mp3 cd useing the save track featur in nero. it all seemed to work fine and then in the middle of ripping system of a downs steal this album it got a read error. so i try to redo it and i get the error for all the tracks on the disk now not just the track that got messed up in the first place. the cd isnt scratched and it plays fine. this happens on all my cd drives. *checks again with diff cd* now it seems to do it with all my cd's. wtf is going on? iv tryd restarting my system and nero, the only thing i see left to do is reinstall nero but i dont feel like it so if anyone has any other ideas besides reinstalling please help me.
Yep, i know what you mean, i use Nero too and it works great, in fact, i only have Roxio CD Creator coz that one allows me to rip my songs, but Nero works better
Unfortunately, i think i cant help you with your problem
i know what youre thinking but its not a joke, i use it for ripping my songs
...me too until it stopped working for me (well, I have 5, not 6). Now when I want to make a new video I rip to a lossless .wma using Windows Media Player 9, then I use dBpowerAMP to make it into a .wav file so I can edit with it. It's funny that I can get around this problem with Microsoft software, isn't it? I mean, usually they're all for making it as hard as possible, it seems.
