How can i use VHS on my computer....?

im really confused, cuz i have alot of anime VHS but not that many DVD, am i gunna have to replace all my VHS with dvds?? or is there a way u can use a VHS and the comp..? and still kinda have decent footage..?

You could buy a video capture card for your computer. This would allow you to hook a VCR to your computer and capture the video as a file. I think that there are plenty of discussions on them in the hardware forum. As for quality that depends on both the condition of the original video and how good that capture card is. However in general DVD’s will give you better quality and are easier to work with.
