Okay, I've been looking around for a new computer. This would be the computer that I would be doing my editing on as well as other papers and just random internet browsing. Anyways, I found this one and it looks good to me, but I'm not an expert with computer stuff, so I thought I'd post the specs here and see if you all thought I should change stuff.
Processor: AMD Athlon(TM) XP 2600+ operating at 1.917GHz
Operating System: Microsoft(R) Windows(R) XP Home Edition
Memory: 512 MB DDR / PC2700 (1 DIMM)
Hard Drive: 120GB 7200
Primary CD/DVD Drive: 16X Max. DVD-ROM Drive
Secondary CD/DVD Drive: 4X DVD+RW/+R drive (DVD writer & CD-writer combo)
Front Productivity Ports: 2 USB 2.0, 1 IEEE 1394, 7-in-1 reader, ArcSoft Removable Storage: 3.5 in. 1.44MB Floppy Drive
Graphics Card: 64MB NVIDIA GeForce4 MX(TM) 440-8X w/TV-out
Sound Card: Integrated 5.1 Capable Sound w/ front audio ports

All of that plus a printer and a 5 pack of DVD+R's came to $995.76. Is this a good price? Oh and building a computer isn't a good option for me right now, so please don't suggest that ^^;;
