Have you tried calling gateway tech support? The computer being that young should still be under some kind of warranty or support period. They would likely be able to fix that. Unfortunatly, being that the pc is a gateway they most likely use a proprietary motherboard and possibly graphics card setup of some type. Really if you have a big box pc the first person you should call if something goes wrong is their tech support
