Thank you elcalavero, i installed Malwarebytes Anti Malware and scanned with it, but i've already tried Avira AntVir before and it wasn't very good so now i'm using Avast! and i hope it can be better.

Proxy = a server/address sitting between you and the website or communications protocol in order to filter it (whether 'filtering' means blocking access, routing access for anonymity, or other uses). The solution is mainly turning off the proxy. But since I'm not behind a proxy, I've never had to do that, and I don't know where to start looking. Searching for the 'Internet Explorer cannot render webpage' warning did throw up hits about proxy problems, though.

Hi! I saw You used karspesky but I guess depends the version. I tried more versions and I found kaspersky 7. I wanna tell you it's the best in my opinion. I like a lot and I have no problems since I use it. I don't trust any programs, but this convinced me and I recommand you. Enter this site and you can download it kaspersky 7

Well, according to my knowledge Netprotector is the best anti virus available free of cost on the net. As far as your problem is concerned, you will have to format your computer to get rid of this virus.
