audio synch with video delay..changes

i need help,i finished a amv,but it has delay in window movie maker,lets say i start it from the start,it will change the synch mid video,and then even after that it will change again,please help

For starters, what formats are the files you're using for your source (and I mean both audio and video sources)?

audio is mp3 and video is from a screen capture thing,its a high quailty one

All right, then you can start by decoding it to uncompressed .WAV and using that instead.

Not enough info. What codec was used to compress it?

it is a failed attempt by AP at an ac_3 solution found in early DVD Player programs.
"One of the flaws in this codec is its redundancy of memory re-usage;
it has been known to fail in 10 seconds and after 33 minutes 99% of the time.
