Best Render Sony Vegas

if i want to have the best render possible to upload into the internet, what would be the parameters???

bit rate?
size?
tipe of vid?
etc.

The best thing to do would to render it as a lossless codec, or uncompressed. Then from there you should use VDubMod or Zarx264 to compress it into a smexy file.
Oh, for the parameters. Render as .avs. Make the resolution (if you're using fullscreen anime) 640x480. If you're using a widescreen anime, I like to render it as 720x480.

and the resolution should match the footage you are using, cause the project files should match the footage you are using...
