Obviously with a whole new operating system I expected a few problems, but even still it's dissapointing. I just got a new computer (with Vista) and Premiere and was looking forward to editing, that is until BeSweetGUI failed on me. This is all I can get:
As far as I know every thing else is running smoothly, but the Interface is all in a mess. If anyone has had this problem or knows how to problem solve that'd be great.
Yea, I posted a few months back about it not working on 64-bit XP either - never got a response for an alternative program to use though. I'm thinking the program might use processor directives that aren't used any more or something like that - i never payed all that much attention during that part of my architecture class. =/
Visual Basic's Virtual Memory 5.0 is not part of Windows Vista, msvbvm70.dll did most of the work in XP soo it was not needed. I don't see why a copy of MSVBVM50.DLL could not be found by a search engine ^__^
Thanks for the help there, but obviously, it's still not working. I'm guessing I have to have it in the right location so BeSweet knows where to look for it, so if anyone could run a search on the that, and help me out here, you have my thanks in advance.
Ran a search on my computer (32-bit Windows XP SP2) and it returned the following directory:
C:/Windows/system32
Hope that helps ya.
