How do you do that? If anyone could tell me that'd be greatly appreciated.

http://www.animemusicvideos.org/guides/ ... efault.htm

it's right there in the guides. it even says 'SUBTITLE REMOVAL GUIDE' in big blue letters, imagine that.

Or you could use the Decoy approach and cover the subtitles with effects.

Photoshop them out frame by frame. It's the only way.

open it in virtualdubmod

export frame, photoshop out titles.
scrub to the next frame in vdub
export frame, photoshop out titles.

repeat until all subtitles are gone. this can sometimes take a week. just stick with it. the payoff is more than worth it.

Or buy the DVDs if they're available. "Clips" is usually a dead giveaway that you're downloading this stuff off some website. You can skip the subtitle-removal headache entirely by going with footage that doesn't have hard-coded subs to begin with.

Some series don't have a soft-sub option, of course, so you have fewer options in those cases.

It's just your own opinion. I don't think that will happen. Most likely he will get to guides. Stop talkin' so high and mighty as if you weren't a noob once.

Then why didn't he go to the guide that says Subtitle Removal Guide.

And why is this still in GAMV?

Maybe he just didn't knew 'bout guides. As for general amv,in fact look at his profile,it's his first 3 posts in the forum, maybe he just didn't knew where to post. If a newbie asks a question, this doesn't mean that older members should make fun of that and make him look a total noob.
