What codec are you using when you convert them? Best to use a lossless like HuffyUV or Lagarith.

Also, why do you need the audio? I'm assuming you're going to be making an AMV so you'll be getting rid of the audio anyways

That might be the problem. Uncompressed video is HUGE, and most likely using uncompressed clips in WMM is causing it to lag big time. Convert the clips to HuffYUV with VDubMod instead. This will also save you a good deal of space.

If that doesn't work, check the FAQ sticky in the WMM forum.

Are you sure it's not just WMM being a crappy program?

What? You're not supposed to upload works in progress here at all, only completed videos. If you're caught doing that your upload privileges are at risk.

No, I want to redo my video because it was my first one and there were problems that I never knew were wrong like a Divx logo wasn't suppose to be there and the whole purpose of my video flew a little off. That video wasn't meent to be a test version...now that I know I screwed up so badly and also used a song that I like a lot. I think it is only right to fix it? I'd like to look back on it and say I fixed my mistakes....and this most likely won't happen again....

If it's a different video it's not replaced... it's a different video - you make a new entry.
