Gamecube Audio

Postby Killane » Tue Dec 03, 2002 12:32 am

Is there a way to rip audio from a Gamecube game? Other than hooking the thing into my line-in port and recording using some audio software?
I wanted to make a video using some of the music from Metroid Prime but there isn't an OST released (as far as I can find) and I wanted to have the best quality possible.

If there is no way to rip audio directly from the CD, what is the best method for recording audio as in this case? I use SoundForge as my Audio Editor of Choice.

Any help is much appreciated.

Sadly software for GC ripping does not exist at this time and the disks are too small to fit in a CD drive of your average computer so the line in port is probably your only option.
