If you are strapped for cash, instead of Photoshop you can always download GIMP. It's powerful and, best of all, FREE!!!! Also, Film GIMP for Windows will supposed be released soon (if the Film GIMP timeline is correct, it'll be available by the end of January). All I know is that if Film GIMP is good enough for Harry Potter, it's good enough for you too! Again, FREEEEEEEEE!! God bless Open Source, even if the Linux community is comprised almost entirely of assh*les.
