How is it screw?

Are you using a MP3? Don't use MP3s with Premiere, it's just not a good idea.

How is it screwed because when I try to work on stuff in premiere the audio moves about a second late when I render it at the end which is pretty easy to fix but it's still alot of headaches. It's not that I used a mp3, I used a wav file. I am using the trial version of premiere though...

Well, you SHOULD go out and buy the CD. A used copy will cost at most half as much (check your local used CD stores and ebay) and sound just as good. If for some reason that's unavoidable (and I really don't care about excuses, I've dropped some $60 on music just for this project including an import and a music DVD), you should at least convert the MP3 back to 44.1/16/stereo WAV.

All the pops and clicks are also usually the sign of a bad rip. This is another reason why you should go get the CD and do it yourself - you can always go back and rerip if something goes wrong.

You could also just use WinAMP's diskwriter plugin to export it to a WAV file ?

No.
"If someone feels the need to 'express' himself or herself with a huge graphical 'singature' that has nothing to do with anything, that person should reevaluate his or her reasons for needing said form of expression, possibly with the help of a licensed mental health practitioner."
