Just for fun... on my LJ I did a small rant about mistakes people make in entering videos.....

Here is a repost of the meat of the rant.... these are just some examples...

Text Spacing... sometimes thinking inside the box is needed
Text Spacing... make your fonts shimmer like Liberatchi's pants
Leader and Footer Space... the long and the short of it

Contact Information... I know your mamma did not name you "MajinBooZero76"

Notes... I am surely moved by the life story you placed in the notes for your video... thank you.
Title Bumpers... Where's the AMV? (ala Where's the beef)
Title Bumpers... The titles ended half an hour ago... when's the video going to start?
Title Bumpers... We are fresh out of editing monkeys to trim that excess bumper off for you
Title Bumpers... Why yes, I can store two versions of your video... mit and mit out.
Rules... I'm to sexy for these rules... to sexy by far

Logo's... and today's AMV brought to you by cartoon network
Uploading/Mailing... It's only 3 hours before the deadline... I'm sure nobody else is waiting for the last minute to upload thier video...
Mailing... I need to save space by encoding my video to 50 megabytes... after all this CD-R can only hold 700 megabytes... I don't want to crowd my video's style.
E-Mailing... yes... I'm psycic... thank you for not including any specific information in the paniced emial you sent me
Files... Yes i know it plays perfectly on your machine... but...
Audio... Yea... I am sure your video is now better since obviously overdriven and clipped music is teh c00l.
Audio... MP3 does not belong in my MPEG files, no matter what your hacker freinds tell you... they lie.
