Re-interlacing

I'm curious on what the avs script is for reinterlacing footage that is already 30fps (I don't IVTC before I edit).

You don't need to.

The purpose of interlacing is to have 60 fields a second. Your footage has that.

And interlacing is bad.
The only .org member to donate $1,500 and still have a donation status of "total leech"

Screw that. My TV plays progressive footage just fine.
