A question about saving in WMM

Postby Stargaziey » Sun Apr 06, 2003 5:42 pm

Ok...I'm a ::cringe:: complete noob to the AMV thing, but I pretty much have some of it down. Here's my problem:

I made my first AMV on WMM, but when it comes to saving it, I'm running into trouble. I save it as a Video for Broadband (512Kbs). My brother who is also new to AMV making just made his first video on WMM last night, saved it practically the same way I did as Video for Broadband (768Kbs). We then exchanged files over AIM. His AMV works fine on my computer with WMP, but my AMV won't play on his computer, but it plays just fine on mine.

I tried resaving it & sending it several times & it never worked. What could possibly be the problem. The only thing I can think of is that his version of WMM is slightly different than mine, I don't know why that is because we both have Windows XP Pro on our computers. My computer is brand-spanking new, his is a little over a year old.

What can be the deal??
