yeah, oggmux muxes it into an ogg/ogm file (they're one in the same) which can be played back on windows as long as you have the ogg directshow filter installed. Ogg is a totally different format from avi which contains alot of neato features such as lower muxxing overhead, vbr audio support, more than one b-frame in a row, and thanks to tobias' directshow filters overlayed subtitles as well as chapter points stored within the container.
