Textless openings and endings are generally bonus features on the DVDs that they air on. As such, you'd need to locate/purchase the DVDs. If you're asking for links for downloads, that's a big "no no" around here, just as a heads up.

I have the R2 DVDs with the textless intros/eds.
CD Japan doesn't carry them, but if I find another vendor that does, I'll let you know.

superboydrew, try to look for the Naruto Shippuden Best 2008 DVD/CD combo online. Should be less than $20 for the textless ops/eds. I dunno what stores carry them, but I'm sure you can find them.
