This is what I do. On Smart Ripper, you can extract what ever Audio channel you want. I just check off the English one, as well as the video, so it rips it to whatever directory you choose. Once you get the DVD2AVI and your AVS project set up, just put them both into premiere (The audio and video should already match up) and export.
