Need Severe Audio Help [Having Some Trouble]

Kinda Embarrassed actually, since I'm used to working with very high quality music. This song is just proving more trouble than it's worth but I really want to edit with it.

Now, the music video for the song which is provided at this link:

http://www.singingfool.com/Title.aspx?publishedid=70734

Now, I already have the song, but there is one exception as to why I'm being a stickler with this one. The reason.......I want the vocal audio from the video. For example, the parents arguing, them coaching their son at the end and the audio at beginning. The problem is, I've searched for a higher quality version of the video in which to use in place of this one and have not found one in my few days of searching and this is the best I could find.

So, I took the audio from this video and cleaned it, in which this link has the end result:

Please compare it to an actual HQ version of the song and to the video I linked. I want to find a way to make it even more high quality, as even with the cleaning I did to this version, it still sounds pretty crummy but it still sounds way better than what was in that video. The reason why I am going through such a fuss is I have an awesome idea for this song but it requires the vocal parent audio from the video in which the original ACTUAL MP3 doesn't have.

So, I want to ask for a little help in cleaning, or for a way to make it sound as good as it possibly can. I just really need some help with this audio guys. Thanks in advance.

How about this ?

Will that do as a fix?

Oh, and you will need to fade the ending at an appropriate spot.
